About Vincent Socci

Over 17 years, I've helped transform William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty and Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty from a $2 billion regional firm into a multi-state enterprise with up to $7 billion in annual sales and the third-largest Sotheby's International Realty affiliate globally.

The company operates under two distinct banners to serve its local markets: William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York's Hudson Valley, and Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty in Westchester County, New York. Together, the firm maintains 30 offices with more than 1,100 real estate advisors across four states and $6 billion in annual sales volume.

I became COO at 28 and Co-President at 38 by working across every facet of a 75-year-old business: operations, technology, marketing, M&A integration, relocation, accounting, and team leadership. Our team has navigated six acquisitions, rebuilt the firm's digital infrastructure, and positioned the company as an early adopter of emerging technology.

Technology and Digital Transformation

I recognize the pivotal role that digital transformation plays in expanding both brands and fostering growth opportunities across diverse markets. That work has included crafting the firm's digital ecosystem, forming partnerships with leading real estate technology platforms, and managing our award-winning website and intranet. These initiatives have earned the company numerous accolades, including recognition as the best overall real estate website by REAL Trends. More on our technology and AI initiatives.

In 2025, we deployed Google Gemini for Workspace across all 1,200+ users and launched a custom AI chatbot integrated with our institutional knowledge base. Agents ran more than 50,000 prompts through Gemini in the first three months. This was not an experiment. It was an enterprise-wide commitment to making AI part of the operating fabric. I wrote about the details in Deploying Enterprise AI to 1,200 Users.

M&A and Operational Integration

I have spent a significant part of my career integrating acquisitions, six in total. Each required migrating people, data, systems, and culture onto shared platforms. The first, in 2009, was the most transformative: seven offices spanning Westchester County and Litchfield County. It took nearly a decade to fully unify the technology stack, but the compounding returns from that discipline shaped every integration that followed. I wrote about those lessons in From $2B to $7B.

Growth and Impact

My strategic focus and operational work have driven substantial growth in both advisors and sales volume, establishing the firm collectively as one of the largest residential real estate companies by volume in the United States. This trajectory has been recognized externally as well: I was named to the Westfair Business Journal's Fairfield County “40 Under Forty” list and to HousingWire's Rising Stars class of 2024, and to the Swanepoel Power 200 Watch List in 2025.

Philosophy

My operating philosophy is simple: technology only matters when it serves people. Real estate is a relationship business built on trust. We help families navigate some of life's most emotional decisions. Systems should make that easier, not harder. I bring operational discipline and technology fluency together because I don't see them as separate disciplines.

Purchasing or selling a home is often the most significant transaction in a person's life, and that understanding fuels my dedication to equipping our advisors with the resources and support they need to surpass client expectations. I remain committed to propelling the firm's continued growth while navigating the dynamic challenges and opportunities in residential real estate.
