Innovation and
AI Strategy
AI is accelerating fast, but the future will not be defined by AI alone. It will be defined by leaders who can unify data strategy, workflows, and business operations into one coherent operating model.
For nearly two decades, our team has built the systems and operational backbone behind William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty. Technology has always been core to that work, not as a trend, but as a discipline for scale, resilience, and execution.
My operating philosophy is simple: technology only matters when it serves people. Real estate is a relationship business built on trust. We help families navigate some of life's most emotional decisions. Systems should make that easier, not harder. I bring operational discipline and technology fluency together because I don't see them as separate disciplines.
That conviction has driven every technology decision I've made, from rebuilding our digital infrastructure from legacy systems to modern platforms, to positioning the firm as an early adopter of emerging technology across the Sotheby's International Realty network.

The shift toward AI-driven operations is already underway. This program provides the structure and rigor to lead that work with greater clarity and effectiveness, unifying data strategy, workflows, and business operations into one coherent operating model.
AI will not replace the relationship at the center of real estate. But it will reshape how brokerages operate, how advisors serve clients, and how leaders make decisions. The question is not whether to adopt AI, but how to implement it with discipline and purpose.

Agent Connect
Agent Connect is the firm's custom-built intranet and central hub for more than 1,000 advisors. First launched in 2011 and redeveloped in 2015 and again in 2020, it replaced a limited, template-based solution from a previous vendor with a platform purpose-built for the way our brokerage actually operates.
The platform gives advisors centralized access to marketing applications, fillable contracts and forms, company announcements, training calendars, and operational resources. Agents can complete documents and save them directly to a specific client within the firm's custom CRM, enabling them to work virtually from anywhere, at any time. Agent Connect also integrates with tools like Lead Connect for mobile lead management, Design Studio for on-brand marketing materials, and Ask Athena, the firm's searchable knowledge base for policies, procedures, and best practices.
Enterprise AI
In 2023, our team launched a custom AI chatbot fully integrated into Agent Connect, leveraging the firm's institutional knowledge base with built-in guardrails to guide agents and employees. In November 2025, we deployed Google Gemini for Workspace to all 1,200+ users across the organization. In the first three months, agents ran more than 50,000 prompts through the Gemini application.
Training continues to support agents in learning how to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work. We are building an AI Hub within the platform to help advisors develop their knowledge of AI tools and learn how to best leverage them in real estate. The goal is not adoption for its own sake, but positioning the firm as an AI-forward organization in a traditionally tech-resistant industry. Read more in Deploying Enterprise AI to 1,200 Users.
Digital Infrastructure
Over the past decade, our team oversaw the rebuild of the firm's digital infrastructure, transitioning from legacy systems to a modern technology stack. That work spans transaction workflows, agent productivity tools, marketing automation, CRM integration, and real-time data analytics. The firm's suite of proprietary platforms includes Presentation 360° for cloud-based listing presentations, Listing 360° for interactive digital property brochures, and tools for automated social media and video content generation.
The firm's client-facing platforms have earned recognition as the best overall residential real estate website by REAL Trends and an Official Honoree at the 20th Annual Webby Awards in the Real Estate category. Across digital channels, the company's YouTube content has generated over 2.4 million views.
